TalentSpottingAI addresses a gap in the Greek market: university students (both undergraduates seeking internships and graduates seeking their first role) struggle to connect with employers, while companies can't efficiently find qualified candidates. Traditional recruitment is fragmented, with students and employers scattered across multiple platforms that don't serve the Greek market well.
We're the only Greek platform bringing students and employers together in one place - covering both internships and graduate positions. By integrating with 43 Greek universities, we've created a centralized space where talent meets opportunity based on skills and potential, not just connections.
Currently in free beta, we're testing and refining the platform with real students and employers. We're learning what works, what doesn't, and building something truly valuable for the Greek job market.
